Due Diligence Action Statement

Actions 2026

In 2026, Body Vision Los Angeles (BVLA) conducted a full review of its human rights, sustainability, and exclusion due diligence obligations. All 18 suppliers — 15 gem and 3 metals — were audited against BVLA's responsible sourcing standards, with no exclusions required. A company-wide risk assessment was carried out covering human rights, labor practices, environmental impact, and financial crime. All client accounts linked to sanctioned or high-risk countries were reviewed and deemed low risk for money laundering. Staff received training in health and safety, human rights, and anti-money laundering. All gold used by BVLA is recycled and traceable to three US vendors, and all suppliers and accounts were screened against BVLA's Exclusion List of eight sanctioned countries, with no adverse findings. This statement has been approved by Nick Martin, Founder & President of BVLA.
