We work closely with a select group of suppliers who share our commitment to ethical, social, and environmental responsibility. All stakeholders working with or on behalf of BVLA are expected to uphold these principles across their operations and supply chains.  

We source all materials responsibly and ethically. To conduct business with BVLA, we require each of our suppliers to adhere to these principles with transparency and honesty.

We respect human rights, fair labor practices, diversity and inclusion. We are very proud of our Future Stars program. 70% of our executive and managerial positions are held by females. We proudly foster a safe working space for our LGBTQ teammates. 

We ensure health, safety and wellbeing in all operations. 

We are committed to continuous monitoring and improvement to ensure these standards are upheld. Non-compliance is taken very seriously. By maintaining these standards, BVLA continues to conduct itself with integrity, responsibility, and sustainable business practices.
