Niki is accompanied daily by her co-worker Dharma - 13!
Niki is a true gem! - She leads our shipping, expediting, and final QC departments with a very steady hand. She is universally loved and respected, which allows her to offer constructive criticism that is well taken from jewelers, setters, and polishers alike. Her job is a tough one, working with deadlines while never letting our trademark quality slip. Lately, she has been helping with the design process for media and merchandise that will be seen at our upcoming APP convention.
Niki hails from Winnipeg, Canada, and has been with BVLA for 12 years.
Once a talented piercer, she is still willing to pierce any team members who ask!
