A BVLA favorite! The natural warmth in shades of peach can be enhanced by its unique feature known as schiller, which is caused by microscopic copper platelets within the gem – essentially copper inclusions that add a subtle shimmering play of light. Good material possesses the schiller effect.

Peach Chalcedony is a microcrystalline form of silica. Occasionally it can be heat treated to enhance color. Found in Russia, Namibia, India, New Zealand, Morocco, Mexico, Brazil, Turkey, and USA – Arizona!
