Here at BVLA it takes a small village to create the jewelry we are so proud of!
In addition to the celebrated jewelers, setters, casters, and polishers, there are those who make up the backbone of our organization and who work quietly with the same ethics and vigor. Without their help things would quickly fall apart!
One such gentleman is Sal. Originally from Guanajuato, Mexico, Sal has been with us for many years now. He started as a polisher. One day, he volunteered to clean! He said he wanted the exercise! And that is what he has done ever since! Responsible for 6 workshops, Sal is a perfectionist, a real hard worker, and always has a witty comment or a kind word as he passes by!
