Team Spotlight: Mr. Fix It
At BVLA we are always looking for ways to work smarter and bring more precision to what we do!
We are very fortunate to have our old friend “Mr. Fix It” on staff. For over 20 years we have worked with him to help us design better tools!
We recently built a custom machine shop for him at our facility in La Verne and now he works with us full time – he hails from Armenia and brings a lifetime of knowledge and experience that we use to make tools and jigs to better assist the jewelers, setters, and goldsmiths! We are lucky to have him!
Mr. Fix It (Varuzhan) is a master die builder and inventor – he has designed and executed many amazing and helpful tools for BVLA since 2001.
We are very proud of our in-house machine shop. It is only used to make tools and devices and not the jewelry itself. That is all done by hand! Thank you Mr. Fix It!
